Cycling Expedition

In September 2014 I dropped everything and jumped on a plane from Birmingham, UK, to Perth in Western Australia.

Armed with a bike, tent and camping gear, the plan was to spend a year cycling half-way round the world. I left Perth on September 20th, 2014, and rolled into New York City on August 6th, 2015.

I covered nearly 19,000 km through the heat of Australia, the mountains of New Zealand and the coastlines and plains of North America.

It was an amazing experience and life affirming expedition. To find out more, check out all the posts from my time on the road, or take a look at the photos from my trip.
